Track redemptions
Read the live Used counter, adjust usage caps, and see the per-platform redemption breakdown.
Every coupon tracks its own redemptions live, with no report to run. You read it straight from the Marketing → Coupons table.
The Used column
The Used column shows the live redemption count on every row, with a mini progress bar. It's color-coded as it fills so you can spot a coupon that's about to run out at a glance:
- amber at ≥ 75% of the cap,
- orange at ≥ 90%,
- red once the cap is exceeded.
47 / 500 means 47 of 500 redemptions used; 89 / ∞ means there's no cap.
The usage panel
Click the Used cell to open the usage panel, which shows:
- Total redemptions vs. cap, with a progress bar and the percentage used.
- Editable caps. Adjust the Total Limit and Per Customer caps and Save without leaving the page (handy for extending a popular promo on the fly).
- A By Platform breakdown. When the coupon is synced to external platforms, you see per-platform counts and the last sync time, so you know where the redemptions are coming from. Shopify and WooCommerce never appear here, because coupons are never pushed to them.
